A Vision
What would it be like if we could “encourage each other and build each other up?” What if we had a Christ-like lens and vision for our friends, our spouses, and our children? Instead of condemning each other, what if we called each other out and commissioned our family and friends to live the life and leave the legacy for which we each were created? What if we truly believed in God’s good plan for each other? What if we acted on our belief that our family and friends are essential to the cause of Christ – would we fight for them? And what if we were the vehicle God used to speak the words of love, belief, and challenge into our friends and family?

Establishment is the key to both our personal faith journeys and our efforts to develop fully functioning men’s ministries Ask yourself the following questions:

- Am I growing in my relationship to Jesus or have I hit a plateau?
- What part of our ministry is intentionally discipling new believers?
